Where do shipments originate from?

We have recently expanded our warehouse locations to better serve you during the COVID19 pandemic.  Generally, most shipments will originate from Greenwich, CT.  Temporarily, some items may ship from Ohio, Mexico and/or Latvia.

How much is shipping?

All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:

  • Total weight of package
  • Total number of items

We are not responsible for any fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees required are clearly shown to you during checkout, along with the estimated delivery date. 

How long does shipping take?

Temporary delivery delays due to COVID19 may be experienced.  Timeframes below reflect most recent updates.  

Our hours of operation for shipping are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST, excluding weekends and major USA holidays. Orders require 2-5 business days for packing, then an additional 7-10 business days shipping. Also, during restocks & new releases, there may be an additional 3-5 business days of processing time.

DOMESTIC:
USPS First Class: 7-10 Business Days
INTERNATIONAL:
International shipments are now available. Delivery times vary depending on country and courier. Please reference your tracking information for more precise delivery dates. 

Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer care team only has as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.

How do I track my order?

Please allow between 1-2 Business Days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email.
If you don't see the email in your inbox try checking your spam folder or add customercare@jesuisbyrk.com to your safe sender’s list.

When will my favorite Je Suis by RK product be back in stock?

Je Suis by RK always announces highly requested re-stocks on our social media, as well as our email subscription. Please subscribe for all announcements.

Where are Je Suis by RK products made?

All Je Suis by RK products are made from globally sourced materials, hand finished in the United States of America.

At this time, Je Suis by RK is not available for sale through third party sellers.

There have been an increase of imitation Je Suis by RK products in the marketplace, and we have no connection to these products.

Send us an email. Our customer care team will be more than happy to answer any other question you may have. Send your name, JSC order number (if applicable), and question to customercare@jesuisbyrk.com. Our hours of operation for customer service are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST, excluding weekends and major holidays. Our customer care teams will do their best to respond as quickly as possible, however please allow 24­ - 48 hours to receive a response.
